There are lots of benefits which we can get at a conscious and subconscious level once we imbibe the few minutes meditation routine in our life.

You can get lots of benefits on physical levels. Most importantly immunity to the diseases increased drastically. It helps in maintaining the normal metabolism, hence the B.P irrespective of its type, and blood sugar gets back to its normal level. You will feel more energy as you get it from your inner source of energy. Tension related pain like a headache, pain due to stress, stomach, ulcer, joint, and muscle pain went out permanently, and this will happens within the few days of your practice.

Mental Benefits

Meditation increases activity in the left prefrontal cortex. The changes are stable over time. If you stop meditating for a while, the effect remains. During meditation, alpha waves are formed by our mind electromagnetic field.

These Alpha Waves are electromagnetic oscillations in the frequency range of 8Ð12 Hz. They are also called Berger’s wave in memory of the founder of EEG. They place the brain in states of relaxation times, non-arousal, meditation, hypnosis.
With regular practice of meditation, the catching capacity of any information and the understanding of the depth of that information increases gradually.

The problem of Insomnia will never be the problem as it stabilizes the beta wave which has an indirect effect on the sleeping routine of mind.

There are a lot more benefits such as increasing the intuition power, creativity and happiness level of the brain.
These are countless benefits which cannot be captured in a work, it can only be observed.

First, your behavior would be changed, don’t think about the sudden transformations but gradually it will start shifting towards your real identity. Less aggression and progressively it disappears, higher self-motivation better understanding of any situations.

These benefits we can only experience and these are different for different persons. Here I am going to provide a few of my spiritual experiences.

How does meditation help spiritually

It helps me a lot and I know a few people who have a lot more experience than me. I am just a beginner, who started this life-changing work from last one year, even more preciously from last 6 months.

During meditation, I have experience lots of visual images of God, places, a person faces some Scarry places, but these experience lasted for a few seconds only.

From my experience, I know that these are the result of your karma of eighter of your pre-birth or the recent birth. Sometime you will see the future incidents or the past of anybody like your relatives, your friends or even yours.

These are only a few and the primary experiences which I experience, and it may be different for a different person.

Spiritual meditation for beginners

Initially, a beginner can start meditation by focusing on his breath then gradually he or she can move on to the chanting of a secret mantra which is given by a master or guru. But before that two pranayamas is must for the starting 1. Kapalbhati    2.   Anulom vilom

Then start with free breathing by the ratio 10 :10:10, inhale by mentally counting of 10 (1,2,3,4.) then stop your breath to the mental count of 10 and finally exhale by a same psychological number of 10.

Repeat this process 6-12 times daily after pranayama, then after practicing a month, start focusing on your breath.
These things I have explained loosely, I will elaborate on these techniques in more details on my upcoming posts.

What is the relation between spirituality and meditation


The answer to the question is not easy. Different persons have there own opinion over this but in my view meditation is the path through which we can achieve the spirituality, but it can’t be the only.

Then the question arises what the spirituality is?, the answer to this becomes more philosophical than the exact, so I am leaving this on your own.

Effect of meditation is more on the mind. It helps to reduce anxiety and depression by rejoicing your soul with joy and happiness. It improves your decision making capability sharper and strengthen your critical thing drastically. Meditation breaks your unhealthy habits and creates a new helpful, good habit which ultimately transformed your personality, and you start living 100% in the present.

By stimulating parasympathetic nervous during the profound meditations, you will feel more refreshing, calm, focused and productive. These things happen after meditation also, you can start feeling this and sometime you will amaze by the results.
